- add fruit to ice cubes, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries work well

Highland Spring are running a Feel Good Challenge and I know from personal experience that I tend to drink less than I should. For the last 4 weeks I have increased my water intake and have been drinking around 6 small bottles throughout the day (besides my normal fluid intake). I was unsure whether I would feel the benefits but I am pleased to report that I feel a lot less tired, more alert and my skin has definitely improved.

Highland Spring water is drawn from organic land in the Ochil Hills in Perthshire and is the perfect companion to help you feel good and improve your hydration. Do you drink enough water on a daily basis?
