My Sunday Photo 5th June 2016

This week as been so more positive.  I have actually managed to venture a little further with the minimum of  pain, fingers crossed this continues and I can carry on enjoying nature at its best.  The beautiful Derbyshire countryside is looking simply stunning with an abundance of wild flowers and blossom.  I cannot wait to start exploring a little further afield.

    I'm so pleased to hear that you are able to get out and about to enjoy nature. Everything has burst into life here in Bonnie Scotland and I can't help but smile when I take it all in.
