Ghost
One of my all time favourites. Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore feature as Sam and Molly in this moving love story alongside Whoopi Goldberg who adds the icing on the cake for me. Sam is murdered to cover up a huge fraud which leaves Molly in danger.
Top Gun
Another oldie featuring Tom Cruise as Maverick flying the M-14A Tomcats with his sidekick Goose. I am not sure whether it was the soundtrack that drew me to this film as I have never been interested in aeroplanes in my life (unless I am flying somewhere hot). This film has me in tears every time.
Harry Potter Films
We are all Harry Potter fans and watch all the films on DVD time and time again. Gee was really young when they first come out and was quite scared, but more recently she has started watching them. I don't know about you but I can't wait for the release of the new book Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in July.
Armageddon
Join Bruce Willis as Harry as he ventures to save the earth from a catastrophic meteor which is hurtling towards our planet. My wedding day first dance was to Aerosmith's "I don't want to miss a thing". Whilst the film may be rather far fetched I still like to watch it and shed a tear when Harry does not return to earth.
Bridget Jones's Diary
This romantic comedy fabulous, light hearted fun. Bridget is played by Rene Zellweger who is unsatisfied with her life at 32 years and aims to find the man of her dreams. Lots of laughter along the way and a great movie to sit and watch with the girls.
What feel good movie do you like to watch? Are you are horror, comedy or action addict?
