I love seeing my children opening their presents on Christmas morning! They get so excited - it is lovely to watch!
ReplyDeleteI like the build up to it - making, sending and receiving cards, choosing presents, planning and preparing goodies for the big day, seeing decorations everywhere and listening to all the Christmas music.
ReplyDeleteI love the fact that everyone makes the effort to meet up and share a meal and drink together.
ReplyDeletelove everything about Christmas its fantastic
ReplyDeleteI love lounging around with my husband and feeling festive.

ReplyDeleteThe anticipation of Santa arriving as the kids get so very excited :)
ReplyDeleteMy favourite thing about Christmas is when we all sit down to our first full Christmas meal by candlelight on Christmas Eve - there's still such a great air of anticipation.

I love everything about Christmas, but for me, the best bit is on Christmas Eve when we attend our Church's Christmas Eve Crib Service. Three of my children are teenagers now but they help organise the Nativity for the little ones and they all enjoy singing traditional and new carols and seeing the cherubic faces of the little ones as they play their parts in the Christmas Story. After the service we all go home, full of the Christmas spirit and the children excited to get their stockings ready and the mince pies left for Santa.
ReplyDeleteI love spending quality time with my husband & son. Also all the usual Christmas traditions- decorating, gifts, food, family & friends :) x
