A while ago now we were sent some Blackspade nightwear to try out. I received a beautiful long nightie and also some shorts and t-shirt for my brother in law, who had recently been diagnosed with leukaemia and was enduring long bouts of chemotherapy. The nightie had beautiful lace around the neck and delicate pearl buttons down the front with an embroidered flower, the photos do not really do it justice.
Blackspade nightwear is sensously soft against the skin and so comfy to sit and relax in after a hard day at the office or as in my brother in law's case, something that would not irritate his sensitive skin. The nightwear is really well made as with everything I have received from them, I cannot fault the workmanship of their items and would thoroughly recommend their nightwear if you are wanting something cosy for the winter months, afterall you do not need to compromise on looking good with their fabulous range.
I forgot to take the photos of the shorts and t-shirt before my brother in law was given them but he assures me that they are the comfiest thing he has to sit around in at the hospital and kindly sent me this photograph minus him wearing them.
I have been looking online and their new autumn and winter range look amazing and I have my eye on a beautiful red nightie with lace trim. You can view their items on the Patricia Eve website.

I'm in dire need of new nightwear! This sounds like my sort of item. Comfort is a must, especially with the way that I sleep.
ReplyDeleteI have to be entirely honest, I never got nightwear. I sleep better when I sleep naked, even in the winter when it is cold. However, I am constantly looking for comfy nightwear for the few nights a year that I have to sleep in someone elses house.
ReplyDeleteNightwear has never been an issue for me. I always wear a baggy tee and shorts. These sounds pretty great though.
