I am so excited to launch this great competition to win a Fitbug Orb in shocking pink and the Slim & Trim Kiqplan.  If you are not aware of the Fitbug Orb you can read about it here, it really is a great motivational tool in helping you increase your fitness levels.


The Slim and Trim Kiqplan is a weight loss plan designed for women who are either new to exercise or returning after a break. The programme moves through 3 phases, starting with a full body workout that targets large muscle groups in order to tone the whole body and maximise calorie burn during the workout. The second phase targets muscles with a higher intensity and volume, and requires slightly heavier weights to enable users to reap the benefits of increasing muscle tone to burn calories while resting. The final phase is a high intensity circuit-based workout, created to increase fitness levels, stamina, and provide all-over toning, with a particular emphasis on the legs, bum and tum.

  42. Because being obese has many bad health implications. I've been obese and it's awful being unable to climb a flight of stairs without stopping for a rest, embarassing being too fat for fairground rides, humiliating being unable to tie your own shoe laces.
