A Delicious Book of Recipes Every Caravanner Can Get Behind

From the enchanting smell of sausages sizzling over a BBQ flame to the fruity delight of special salad, summer cooking has to be one of the true delights of the year.

Unfortunately, if you’re like me, and you’re a huge fan of the good old British Caravan holiday, coming up with delicious recipes for all the family while cooking with one stove and a microwave can be a serious predicament.

That’s why I’m super excited to introduce this first of its kind ‘Ultimate Caravanner’s Cook Book’. Put together by 20 of the UK’s finest food bloggers, each of the recipes that made it into publication have been tried and tested by each of families involved.

As one of the chosen bloggers asked to participate I nominated one of my long time summer favourites: SUPER SIMPLE BACON AND EGG POTATO SALAD

As a family favourite nearly all my life, I love the simplicity of this delicious and tasty summer salad. Not only can this meal be done and ready for garnish in less than 20 minutes you can add your own level of spice by adding sriracha sauce or, if you’re serving for kids, you can pick and choose a few of your own veggies.

Another of my favourite recipes from the cook book is: QUICK AND EASY SAUSAGE NOODLES by MrsCraftyB.

I love the simplicity of this recipe and believe it would a be the perfect quick fix for all the family, especially on one of those raining Sunday evenings!  Impressed with these quick and simple recipes? then take a look at the downloadable book.
