Slava's Snow Show

Last night we were extremely lucky to receive tickets for Slava's Snow Show at Sheffield Lyceum Theatre and what a fantastic night we had. Slava's Snowshow is a stage spectacle created and staged by Russian performance artist Slava Polunin.

We were blown away by this clever and creative show that saw Slava's facial expressions continuously changing and mime that was mesmerising as the show started with two clowns who appeared very sad. The various scenes that followed were all equally clever leaving you awestruck at the power of mime.

The music and lighting was magical which provided a sensory experience which was captivating throughout the whole show. Grotbags loved the audience interaction especially the snowstorm and giant inflatable balloons but I won't say too much about this otherwise it may spoil the experience for others.

The show is running until Sunday at Sheffield Lyceum theatre so you still have time to see it there if you can.

We were kindly given tickets to the show for the purpose of this review.
