Tin Sweetcorn with Peppers
Salt & Pepper to season
Pack of Shortcrust Pastry
- Line a dish with the shortcrust pastry and blind bake for 10 minutes.
- Grate the cheese.
- Whisk the eggs adding salt and pepper to season.
- Add the meatballs, sweetcorn & peppers, cheese and egg mixture to the pastry case and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
