8oz self raising flour
Pinch of salt
2oz mature cheddar grated
5 fluid oz milk
Milk to glaze
Rub the fat into the flour, add salt and cheese and blend together will the milk. Roll out to about 3/4 inch depth and cut out using cutters. Brush with milk and bake at 190 Celsius for about 15 minutes.
As you can see Grotbags used different shaped cutters and then wanted to make pizza with the remaining dough. We first added ketchup and sweet corn.
And then cheese, baked for 15 minutes and within 5 minutes she had eaten them! quick and easy snack idea and good for school too.
